成形工艺对冷弯焊管残余应力及焊接微观组织的影响

方矩形管是一种用途极广的闭口型钢,与相同截面积的圆管相比,它具有强度高、抗弯截面模量大、易于装配以及稳固、美观等优点,广泛用于车辆、地铁、造船等行业。尤其在建筑行业,大规格的方矩形管成为钢结构建筑中的主要承重结构部件。方矩形管作为典型的闭口型钢,在制造过程中,每一道加工过程都会留下残余应力。加工工艺的不同,必然会产生不同程度的残余应力。

Rectangular square pipe is a kind of closed section steel with wide application. Compared with circular pipe with the same section area, it has the advantages of high strength, large modulus of bending section, easy assembly, stability and beauty. It is widely used in vehicle, subway, shipbuilding and other industries. Especially in the construction industry, large-sized square and rectangular pipes become the main load-bearing structural components in steel structure buildings. Square rectangular tube is a typical closed section steel. In the manufacturing process, every machining process will leave residual stress. Different processing technology will produce different degrees of residual stress.

冷弯焊管成形有“直接成方”和“圆成方”两种方式。北方工业大学的学者为了研究成形工艺对于产品的不同影响,以规格为100mm×100mm×6mm,材料为Q235的两种成形工艺的方管为研究对象,采用钻孔法对方管各个部位的残余应力进行了测量,并观测了焊缝处的显微组织。研究结果表明,不同成形工艺对纵向残余应力的分布影响较大,焊缝处的残余应力最大。“圆成方”过程中施加较大的焊接压力使得其焊接热影响区宽度小于“直接成方”工艺条件下焊接热影响区的宽度,且抑制了奥氏体晶粒长大,冷却后获得较为细小均匀的晶粒。

The width of HAZ is smaller than that of HAZ under the condition of direct reciprocating, and the growth of austenite grains is restrained. Fine and uniform grains are obtained after cooling.
