精密焊管加工有什么样的质量要求

由于精密焊管的用途广泛,使用的部位不同,质量要求也不同,有的是要求高的尺寸精确度如液压缸、汽缸用套管,要求机械配合;有些是要求光亮的表面质量,如纺织印染和印刷用滚筒焊管;有的是要求高速运转的动平衡,就要求严格的壁厚不均匀度,如皮带机托辊、汽车传动轴用钢管;有的要求承受一定的压力,如汽车油路及气路用钢管、液压气动等机械配套用钢管;有的是要求进一步加工如电镀、涂塑等要求较高的表面质量。这些质量要求均反映在各项专业标准中,有的是用户提出的特殊要求在技术协议提出,生产企业也应该满足用户的需要。

These quality requirements are reflected in various professional standards, some of which are specific requirements put forward by users in technical agreements, and production enterprises should also meet the needs of users.

总体上精密焊接钢管的质量要求可以分以下几个方面:

1 焊接钢管的尺寸精确度:

1 dimensional accuracy of welded steel pipes:

包括外径、内径、壁厚、椭圆度、壁厚不均匀度等。精密焊接钢管的精确度要求一般均高于普通焊接钢管。

It includes outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness, ellipticity and wall thickness inhomogeneity. The accuracy requirements of precision welded steel tubes are generally higher than those of ordinary welded steel pipes.

2 焊接钢管的化学成分、力学性能和金相组织

精密焊接钢管多用优质碳素结构钢制或采用含有少量其他合金元素的低合金钢,并且对硫磷等有害残余元素含量作出严格的规定。

Precision welded steel pipes are usually made of high quality carbon structural steels or low alloy steels containing a small amount of other alloying elements, and the contents of harmful residual elements such as sulfur and phosphorus are strictly regulated.

精密焊接钢管往往使用在承受一定压力或受力条件下的结构件,所以对焊接钢管的力学性能定立较高的要求,焊接钢管在成形和焊接的过程中均产生一定的应力和冷加工硬化,所以精密焊接钢管的交货状态根据所有要求的不同可以分为三种。

冷加工状态(BKM)焊接定径以后未经热处理,可以进行一定限度的冷加工,屈服强度有所提高。

● 退火状态(GBK)焊接定径以后经热处理,消除了焊接应力和冷加工硬化,可以进行多种冷加工。

● 正火状态(NBK)焊接定径以后经正火热处理,不但消除焊接应力和冷加工硬化,而且改变金属组织结构,细化晶粒,改善钢管的力学性能。用户根据使用要求提出不同的交货状态。目前国内焊管生产企业只有少数工厂配有在线或离线的热处理设备,部分工厂仅配有在线焊缝热处理设备,可以消除焊接应力,改善了焊缝区域的金相组织整体钢管仍然是冷加工状态。

The user puts forward different delivery conditions according to the requirements. At present, only a few domestic welded pipe manufacturers are equipped with on-line or off-line heat treatment equipment, and some of them are equipped with on-line heat treatment equipment, which can eliminate welding stress and improve the metallographic structure of the welded area.

3 焊接钢管对表面质量的要求

3 requirements for surface quality of welded steel pipes

精密焊接钢管如果没有特殊的要求允许表面有薄的氧化皮存在,可以用热轧钢带卷制造。钢管表面不得有裂缝、结疤、错位、烧伤、压痕、毛刺和深的划道存在。允许有不超过壁厚允许负公差的其他缺陷存在。其要求均高于对普通焊接钢管的要求。

Precision welded steel pipes can be manufactured with hot-rolled strips if there is no special requirement to allow the presence of a thin oxide coating on the surface.  No cracks, scarring, dislocation, burns, indentation, burrs and deep strokes exist on the surface of the steel pipe. Other defects are allowed to have negative tolerances that do not exceed the thickness of the wall. The requirements are higher than those for ordinary welded steel pipes.

有些精密焊接钢管要求无氧化或光亮的表面就需要用光亮的冷轧钢带卷为原料或钢管抛光处理。退火和正火热处理也必须在保护气氛下进行,保持表面的光洁度。

Some precision welded steel pipes require oxidation-free or bright surfaces that require polishing with bright cold-rolled strips or steel pipes. Annealing and normal heat treatment must also be carried out in a protective atmosphere to maintain surface finish.

4焊接钢管的内外毛刺

4 inside and outside burrs of welded steel pipe

焊接钢管的外毛刺必须清除,普通焊接钢管清除以后的残留高度不得超过0.5mm,精密钢管则不允许存在。

The external burr of welded steel pipe must be removed. The residual height of ordinary welded steel pipe should not exceed 0.5mm after removal. Precision steel pipe is not allowed to exist.

精密焊接钢管清除内毛刺以后,其残留高度不得超过+0.15—0.20mm-0.05mm。

After removing the burrs, the residual height of the precision welded steel pipe should not exceed + 0. 15 - 0. 20 mm - 0. 5 mm.

5 焊接钢管的工艺性能

精密焊接钢管为了满足用户后续加工的要求和使用性能,规定钢管必须保证工艺性能。如压扁试验、弯管试验(大规格为弯曲试验)、扩口试验、水压试验和无损探伤检查。技术指标在标准或协议中明确,技术要求和取样频次均高于普通焊接钢管。

Precision welded steel pipe is required to ensure the process performance in order to meet the requirements of subsequent processing and service performance of users. Such as flattening test, bending test (large size bending test), flaring test, hydraulic test and non-destructive testing. The technical specifications are clear in standard or agreement, and the technical requirements and sampling frequency are all higher than those of common welded steel pipes.

6 其他特殊要求

6 other special requirements

某些特殊要求的精密焊接钢管还提出一些特殊要求,如汽车传动轴钢管要求静扭矩破坏值不低于规定值等等。
